I'm a mama to three incredible boys (who I also homeschool - yes it's fun and a lot!) and live in California with my husband who is the best support of my life.
I grew up in an entrepreneurial family in the martial arts biz and at my highest level became a 3rd Degree Black Belt Instructor. I have taught students from 3 - 70 years old since I was 11 years old.
My professional background is in the holistic health and spa industry and I have owned and directed successful brick and mortar businesses and worked one on one with clients for over 15 years.
I'm also an Esthetician with a knack for creating glowing skin. More about that here.
I am a caring, ambitious, fiery go-getter who has learned that alignment is key in living a fulfilling life.
And I'm passionate about helping women come alive within themselves and get what they really want deep down.
I create safe and inspiring spaces for you to become the woman you want to be.
I fully believe that we are capable beyond measure, beautiful beyond our awareness and if we didn't second guess ourselves so damn much we'd live more fully alive and who we truly are.
That's why my overall mission, in everything I do is
to help women embody and own their unique beauty, power and gifts to become the woman they want to be and bring their dreams into reality.
But I know this isn't easy to do. We have to work on our conditioning, self belief, lifestyle, mindset and allowing what we want to be ok.

MY PHILOSOPHY
Through all of my life and work it became abundantly clear that I was meant to help women see their
incredible potential and help them embody their unique beauty and talents and own them.
When we are living fully alive within ourselves we show up in a magnetic way.
We attract the people and experiences meant for us.
We go after what we want and have a deep belief that we can get it.
We become a light that helps others and truly lives the life we long for.
Sometimes owning our gifts and desires is hard to do.
We're afraid of being judged, shamed, ridiculed or plainly that we just can't or won't have what we really want.
We can try to distract, avoid, or sweep them under the rug but those dreams and desires just don't go away.
And good thing they don't go away because they are there for a reason.
You are meant to come fully alive within yourself.
The work lies in allowing yourself to be, dream, attract and fully embody that version of yourself you long for and go for it.
It's pulling together all of the pieces that are you, some of which are still hiding beneath the surface.
When we connect the pieces of who we truly are, who we want to be and the elements that make us light up and come alive - we become magic and that is the embodiment that we achieve through my work.
Because when the pieces are put together - get ready for a magnificent feeling and be-ing.
You will truly shine.
You will show up as the woman you want to be.
You will know your dreams are attainable.
And nothing can stop you because you are aligned, magnetic, owning your power and your beauty and living vibrantly.
